Refund Policy

LaCourse Rods has a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Your item must be in the same condition you received it, unused, with tags, in it's original packaging. You will also need your receipt.

To start a return, please contact support@lacourserods.com. If we accept your return, we will send you a return label as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without requesting a return will not be accepted.

Non-returnable items

We cannot accept returns on gift cards, or first pancakes.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received your item, and let you know if your return was accepted or not.

You will be refunded via the method of original payment. Please remember it can take a few days for refunds to be posted by your bank or credit card company.
